Tong Gui pushed away Shi Wen's hand: "I'm going to take a shower and go to bed."
Shi Wen watched her flee, a hint of amusement flickering in her eyes.
Just then, Li Hui called. Not wanting to answer, she left the phone ringing until finally, she reluctantly picked up.
"Bring him home tomorrow for your father and me to meet." Li Hui commanded.
Shi Wen knitted her brows: "We're getting a divorce and are currently separated…"
"What?!" Li Hui thought she misheard and exclaimed in shock.
"Mom, let me tell you the truth. I registered with him because of our child. When we lost the child, I separated from him. Our divorce will be finalized soon—"
"How can you be so shameless?! I can't believe I gave birth to a useless child like you…"
Li Hui ranted while Shi Wen placed the phone aside, her expression calm as the sound of scolding intermittently rang from the phone.
After a long time, Li Hui finally hung up.
