CLANCK~
The sound of clashing metal caused me to get up and open the window of the room next to the camp.
The chief of the escorts was fighting with what looked like a bandit.
And the others were doing the same, although the bandits were doubling their numbers by more than 40.
I jumped out the window and grabbed a sword lying next to a body.
I coated my body with mana and ran towards a bandit who was conjuring a fireball.
The mage deflected his spell and cast it on me.
I took a great leap to the left and as I fell I conjured ice, slipping even more.
My clothes began to burn, though they were instantly extinguished by the ice bullet that kept lowering the temperature around me.
THUD~
the bullet shot out of my hand but instantly ricocheted into some sort of translucent barrier that exploded and vanished.
The mage stumbled and fell on his own body thanks to the recoil.
I instantly moved all my mana into my legs and ran towards the mage.
Panicking, I conjured a fire arrow that was cut off in mid-spell.
I stopped in front of the mage, taking advantage of the momentum I spun on my axis while swinging my sword.
Craack~
The feeling of piercing flesh washed over me but was instantly replaced with the feeling of bones breaking, which generated a disturbing sound.
It made my mana flow to my sword into the man's stomach, slashing it from the inside in the process.
The mage opened his mouth but, whatever he was to say was cut off as he fell face-first to the ground.
I raised my sword that reflected the sunlight.
Haaaa~
And with a sigh.
I thrust my sword into his skull, piercing it through and through.
The mage's spasms stopped and his mouth closed, unable to say his last words.
I felt my hands tremble and my stomach churn, but as I moved the mana through my body the sensations faded.
I turned my gaze to the wizard and noticed a small stick with a red mana stone embedded in the point.
I bent down, picking it up and it seemed to measure-
THUD
My thoughts were cut off when an earth-shattering thud landed squarely on my back.
On the ground, still with my head throbbing, I felt the earth vibrate and made my mana flow as fast as I could towards my legs.
I moved more than two meters away from the place.
Where a spike of earth protruded from the ground.
Despite the jump, a long but not deep cut lay on my stomach.
I turned my gaze, looking for the culprit of the cut.
What I found was a man as big as a bear, with a sledgehammer even bigger than him, covered with earthen mana.
I grabbed the sword that had fallen a few paces away from me and tightened my grip on it.
A bandit who can conjure being a warrior in this place means he is not strong-minded enough to leave this area safely.
But still getting out of this would be difficult for me.
The man raised his left hand and five fist-sized rocks formed and flew towards me.
Clanck~
I blocked three but the other two managed to generate cuts in my leg and one passed through the same place of the cut, in my stomach.
As if we were coordinated we both ran forward.
The man's sledgehammer fell towards me, forcing me to jump forward.
As the sledgehammer fell the earth broke and using the pieces as a distraction I swung the sword which only caused a cut.
The man dropped his sledgehammer because I managed to flow lightning mana at the moment of the cut.
I roughly and carelessly swung the sword towards the man's right hand.
GaAhhhh!
My cat didn't even manage to cut the whole hand and I had to retreat due to a stone that went straight to my face.
When we distanced ourselves the man took a strange and uncomfortable stance.
With the mallet over his shoulder, the mana surrounded his entire body and although it was nowhere near perfect, a mana armor was enough to kill me with my rank.
For my part I moved my mana out and quickly the temperature dropped, I conjured a large number of ice arrows that warped into a small, poorly made triangle.
The bandit backed up a few feet, gained momentum, and came at me with his mace held high, surrounded by a barrier of mana.
Despite his bulk, the man moved nimbly dodging the mana triangles.
The man swung his mallet along with his entire body, I tried to dodge the blow but there was no way I could.
I quickly imagined that my mana was being expelled in the form of expansion.
As the sledgehammer hit my ribs the icy expansion crushed the man's organs and the force itself sent us both flying through the air.
My back hit a wall and I bounced off, falling face-first to the ground.
Haaa~
Haaaaa~
-CLANCK~
The sound of clashing metal made me get up and open the window of the room in the inn next to the camp.
The escort leader was fighting with what looked like a bandit.

I turned my gaze back to the mage and noticed a small stick with a red mana stone embedded in the tip.
I bent down and picked it up and it seemed to measure-.
-THUD
My thoughts were interrupted when a crushing blow landed squarely on my back.
On the ground, still with my head throbbing, I felt the earth vibrate and made my mana flow as fast as I could into my legs.
I moved more than two meters away from the spot.
Where a spike of earth protruded from the ground.
Despite the jump, a long but not deep cut lay on my stomach.

I grabbed my sword, which had fallen a few paces from me, and tightened my grip.
A bandit who can conjure being a warrior in this place means he doesn't have enough mental strength to get out of this area safely.
But even so, getting out of here would be difficult for me.
The man raised his left hand and five fist-sized rocks formed and flew towards me.

-Haaaa~
-Haaaaa~
I felt that I was fading, the air even though I was trying to breathe and the blood was gushing out of my mouth.
I tried to move but slipped, because of my spells ice had formed on the floor which brought me back to reality."
I slid my gaze
In the distance lay the body of the sledgehammer bandit. His organs were visible and his blood was finishing killing him.
A feeling of dizziness came over me and my strength deserted me at the sight of the revolting scene.
And for the first time since I came to this world no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't move my mana.
Cliiiing~ Cliiiiiiiing~
"Surely there will be some noble lady who will pay us thousands for it or we can even sell it to that place of strange people, the one who performs in the capital."
I tightened my grip on my sword and made my mana flow taking every last bit of it.
My body began to burn with pain and I felt as if I had run a marathon for 5 hours without stopping.
Lightning emanated from my body as it coursed through my sword. Soon they turned silver in color.
"Capture it."
"Thunder."
I muttered as I released the lightning as arrows and swords flew towards me.
RUUUUMBLEEE
A roar echoed as the water that had formed on the ground contributed to the expansion of the lightning that had riddled me.
The electricity shot through me and left me paralyzed for a few seconds, forcing me to fall to the ground, where spasms took over my body.
GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH
I felt my consciousness fading with each passing second.
The last thing I could hear was a mighty war cry in the distance.
