Seeing that Birdie had agreed so readily, Connor was somewhat shocked.
However, he could tell from Birdie's reaction that she really valued this project. Otherwise, she wouldn't have agreed so readily.
"First of all, I need you to help me investigate the cause of my parents' death!"
Connor thought for a moment and said to Birdie expressionlessly.
"The cause of your parents' death?"
Birdie looked at Connor's face with confusion. She didn't expect Connor to make such a request.
"My father's name is Dawson McDonald, and my mother's name is Sharon Lee. When I was in elementary school, the two of them left this world in an accident. At first, I thought that my parents' deaths were just a coincidence, but later I found out that my parents' deaths weren't a coincidence."
Connor explained in a low voice.
