Night falls and Alex begins his Night mission as he's investigating the activities from rooftops to see if Title killing is that prominent. Alex spotted a couple of hunters trying to kill an innocent woman. "Those bastards." Said Alex as he jumps down to help and to his surprise the Hunters weren't expecting him while wearing a mask. "Who the hell are you?" Said one of the hunters. "You don't know your place huh." Said Alex as he slowly unravels his axe.
"You're out of place there punk." Said the other hunter. "Run away from here and call the police." Said Alex to the woman and leaves. "Hey she was ours you let her get away. Oh you'll pay for this as the Hunter pulls out a sword while to his surprised... His hand disappeared. "Still talking crap huh?" Said Alex as the other two screams in anger and fear as they try to hit Alex while turned back to their that they have holes in their chests as two loud gunshots fired. The two dropped while the guy screaming in agony bleeding from his sliced off hand Alex comes close to him to ask some questions.
"Who are you working for?" Said Alex. "W-We weren't working for anyone please!" Said the hunter in pain. "You think I would believe that. Let me end your misery." As Alex ends the man by firing Miller to the hunter's chest. As the man dies he checks for anything in his pockets and his wallet. "Nothing... Seems like this is gonna be harder than anticipated." Disappointed Alex leaves the area to search for more bastards like them.
After hours sweeping the area at night of those title hunting bastards and general murderers as well to find out of the Cult if they are prominent in the area. "Seems like they are indeed here." As Alex pulls out a notebook from one of the hunters he had taken down with writings about reports to be given for the Cult. "Better clean up more bastards before I call it a night." As Alex finishes his night by taking down 3 more title hunters.
Morning arrives and everyone meets up in the park they talked about. Jacob being the first one in the park waiting by the bench with a book on his head. "Hey, Jacob early today huh." Said Alex. "Oh hey there Alex. How's the night sweeping?" Said Jacob. "Messy but I've found a notebook about the Cult and the guy's reports for the Cult." Said Alex. "Sweet I haven't found out anything except there are more escape routes than I anticipated." Said Jacob.
"You sure those aren't sewage piping?" Said Alex. "I mean those routes were completely dry and no routes ends up in the river or the lake outside town." Said Jacob. "That is indeed suspicious." Said Alex. "You guys waiting for us." Said Elise and as both her and Night arrives there with a bag of baked potatoes for them to eat while discuss.
"Okay, so you found out a book with reports to be given to the Cult. While Jacob here found out a system of escape routes across town." Said Elise. "Yes, which is still unusual. If I'm honest I haven't seen this much in just one recon day." Said Alex. "I was looking at the public library and I found out that there are more propaganda for the Cult than I anticipated." Said Night as she spend her time looking at books and literature pieces to find a lot of hidden messages for the Cult in the library alone. "Somethings really up here. I'd say the Cult had infiltrated the system of this domain and is probably running part of it." Said Jacob.
"But right now we don't have that much prior knowledge about their governance here." Said Alex. "Well I was in the library and apparently there are only four people that are running this domain and one of them is the Apostle. General Hans of Civil Affairs, Major General Gretel handling Special Divisions and Finance Operation, Colonel Travis Jr. handling Public Safety, and Brigadier General Owen on Policy and Public Operations." Said Night. "Seems like they're packing all high ranks." Said Jacob.
"So those are the leaders huh. Interesting though I have been wondering have you guys ever got the feeling of being watched?" Said Alex as he whispers this to them. "Now that you mentioned it yeah... But I can't put my finger on it." Said Jacob. "We better be careful if they intervene. Since we can't detect them its gonna be hard for us." Said Night. "Better raise your awareness at night you guys anyways I have an informant across town that might help us so I better get going." Said Elise. "I'll follow Elise for safety's sake." Said Night.
"Sure good luck." Said Jacob. "Now what are your plans Jacob?" Said Alex, "For me I'll investigate those escape routes I might be able to find something there. How about you Alex?" Said Jacob. "I guess I'll keep sweeping the night and or probably infiltrate their bases if I'm able to find enough evidence." Said Alex. "Okay then. I'll better get going too it's gonna be hard to find those tunnels when its dark outside. See you around Alex." Said Jacob as he takes his leave as well.
Sun goes down and Alex starts his operation to hunt down more hunters and try to figure out what are the Cult is doing in this lawful place and from the vague answers he keeps getting he is more conscious on his moves as he feels more unusually off putting with his sense sensing 4 sets of eyes watching him and yet he can't track down.
"This is some creepy shit right there." Said Alex as he tries to outrun the feeling of being watched. "I haven't found out anything too deep but I've found a location for a base of operations. We'll do this tomorrow." As Alex leaps across rooftops to and escapes those creepy watchers... "Just what the hell did we enter in." Said Alex as he lies down to his bed.
