When Astrid arrived at Beacon Hills, the first thing she did was compel herself a quaint house situated close to the school. After settling in, she ventured out to familiarize herself with the town, yearning to delve into the essence of the place that the show never truly showcased. "It's a lot grander than I ever imagined; the show never did it justice," she thought as she continued her exploration.
As dusk descended, she made her way to the hospital and 'acquired' a couple of blood bags to last her a week, carefully stashing them in a cooler. Satisfied with her preparations, she returned home after finishing her sightseeing and settled into her bed, contemplating, "Just a few days until canon starts. This is going to be fun."
Switching to Allison's perspective, the young girl found herself reflecting on her upcoming move to Beacon Hills. Despite her usual aversion to moving, she felt an odd sense of excitement about starting anew in the town. "It feels like something good is going to happen there. I hope it's that girl from my dreams," she mused, a faint blush tinting her cheeks.
Allison couldn't shake the vivid dreams that had captivated her for years – dreams of a striking girl with short blonde hair, piercing blue eyes, and soft, enchanting lips. Despite the occasional unsettling transformations depicted in her dreams, her allure to this enigmatic figure persisted, almost intensifying her feelings. "Allison," her father's voice interrupted her reverie, signaling the impending move. As she reassured her dad about her readiness, she couldn't help but ponder the mysterious girl of her dreams.
Skipping ahead in time, we return to Astrid's perspective as she awoke to the persistent chime of her alarm clock. After a refreshing shower, she rustled up a modest breakfast of bacon, eggs, and a cup of coffee, gearing up for her day ahead. Sporting a sleek black jacket, she grabbed her helmet, bag, and keys, setting off on her motorcycle towards school.
Amidst the curious gazes of her peers, Astrid strolled into Beacon Hills High, procuring her schedule and locker number from the administration office. As she secured her belongings in her locker, she made her way to her first class, where she caught sight of familiar faces – Scott McCall and his steadfast friend Stiles Stilinski. Seizing the opportunity to sit behind Scott, she anticipated being seated behind Allison, her mind already drifting to curious thoughts.
As the lesson commenced, the teacher's voice droned on, only to be punctuated by the sound of a ringing phone. Glancing out the window, Astrid's gaze fixated on a captivating figure engaged in conversation, presumably with her mother. A rush of emotion overcame her, her heart racing at the sight. A surge of otherworldly sensations and vibrant visions coursed through her mind, leaving her momentarily dazed. Regaining her composure, she made a concerted effort to focus on the class, albeit finding herself inadvertently drawn back to Allison.
Observing Allison's interaction with the vice principal, Astrid couldn't help but eavesdrop on their conversation. As the exchange unfolded, she fixated on Allison's every move, her presence exuding an inexplicable magnetism that was impossible to ignore.
The vice-principal opened the door to the class and entered.
"Class, this is Allison Argent. She's a new student. Make her feel welcome," he said as he gestured for her to enter. Allison enters the class with a shy smile and waves.
Her eyes survey the class until she fixes eyes with me, and she stiffens. Her eyes widen slightly, and then a tiny flush creeps into her cheeks as she looks down. My eyes flashed red unconsciously when our eyes met, which I am sure she saw. 'sigh, it seems I am going to introduce her to the supernatural a lot earlier than intended.' I thought.
She heads in my direction, her heart rate increasing with every step, and sits on the seat behind me. She takes out her books and puts them on the desk.
I turn around and introduce myself. "Hi am Astrid Mikealson."
"A-Allison argent," she responded faltering a little. she raised her head and gawked at me.
With a smirk, I asked, "See something you like, Allison~~ " She nodded her head in a trance until she caught herself.
"w-w-what n-no I mean y-yes I-i I " I snickered.
"Sorry, just messing with you; you look cute when you're embarrassed," I said with a smirk and smiled in victory internally as her blush worsened.
"ehm, anyway, um, do you have any extra pen? I uh kinda forgot mine," she asked shyly.
" Here", I answered, giving her a pen.
"Thanks"
The class began again and we focused on the lesson. After the class ended, Allison and I went to our lockers, and it turned out that we were neighbours.
"So Allison you new in town?"
"yes, we moved here a few days back, what about you," she asked me with a curious glint in her eyes.
"Yeah, I also moved here last week and I live in a house 10 minutes walk from the school."
Before she could ask me another question she was interrupted by a female voice.
"That jacket is an absolute killer, where did you get it." a girl with strawberry blond hair asked Allison.
"uhh, my mom was a buyer in France", she answered, a bit confused.
"And you're my new best friend, and you are," she said before turning to me.
"Astrid Mikealson," I replied going for a handshake which she accepted.
"Lydia Martin, hey Jackson," she said when some guy with a lacrosse stick wrapped his hands around her waist. She turned around, and they started sucking their faces. she introduced him and us to each other after they were done.
"So you guys going to the party," Lydia asked.
" p-party," Allison said confused since she didn't hear anything about a party.
"yes, everyone's coming after the scrimmage," Jackson replied.
"like football"
Jackson scoffs," Football a joke here, the sports lacrosse, we won state champion." he bragged with a smug smile.
" because of a certain team captain" and they're back to face sucking again. sigh
"So you guys coming," he asked.
Allison turned to me," are you going?" she asked me.
"Yeah, sure I've got nothing to do anyway. I can pick you up so we can go together if that's ok with you," and she nodded her head shyly. she also texted me her address.
"We're going to start practice in a few. You guys want to watch," Jackson asked.
"I was goi-" Allison started cut off by Lydia.
"Great let's go," she says while dragging Allison and I followed behind them.
