Similar to Gideon, it took a few months before the rest of the group was able to create their own versions of the astral body.
Throughout the process, Gideon had inputted small amounts of poison into each of them so that he could monitor their bodies, allowing him to guide them through properly. It was pretty tasking mentally, but he managed to get it done.
By the time they finished, their strength rose and broke through to the ascended rank as well. Though, all of them were at the low level because they had drank their ambrosia previously, so they weren't able to skip sub ranks like Gideon. Still, all of them were more than satisfied with this result.
They then had another spar, both to properly consolidate their strength as well as get revenge on Gideon. But they still lost because of Gideon's outrageous arsenal of poisons.
They did injure him pretty heavily. So at the very least, they weren't weak.
