"What is going on?" Asked Grylls.
"He looks genuinely surprised of what he just found out. I'd say he is clean." Silver said as he looked at Lara.
Lara acknowledged that and said. "Our resident chef, Nellie, is not what she claims to be in the surface. She puts poison on the food she cooks."
"That is why I've been cooking for the two of us for the past three days now." Silver raised his hand sideways.
(°¤° ) -Grylls
"We don't know her true purpose or who else she is working with in the group. Or maybe she is even working for a third party. What we do know is that she has malicious intention at least to the three of us." Lara explained.
"How did you find out about all of this?"
Silver was about to answer but was cutoff by Lara. "It is a secret. All you need to know is, you should be vigilant on anyone other than yourself."
"And what makes you the good guys?" Grylls asked warily.
"Were you even listening? Big Sis Lara said to not trust anyone other than yourself. Such a survivalist you are." Silver added while sticking his tongue out for playfulness.
"You little shit. Getting cocky just bacause you got a backer." *boink* Grylls comically knocked Silver's head.
"Owwww owww. We just saved your life!" Silver answered in protest while holding a new bump on his head.
"Now putting that out of the way. We should move ahead. We can't let whoever have evil intention to have that dagger. This situation is perfect for us, we should hurry." Urged Lara as she continued to move ahead the tunnel.
"Why not just escape? Let them have the dagger. It's just a treasure after all." Grylls argued.
"Amateur." Silver said with disdain which again met another knock from Grylls.
"Owwww owww." Silver cried in indignation.
"It is not just any dagger. Some treasures can cause apocalyptic consequences to the human population. And I'm afraid this dagger is one of them." Lara said to Grylls while walking down the tunnel.
"I'm a treasure hunter specializing on these kinds of artifacts. If you don't want to help, you are free to go. But seeing the path back is blocked, you have no choice but to move forward with us."
"I am not paid enough for this!" Complained Grylls.
"Actually you are." Chimed Silver.
*Another boink*

"So how do we go about this? We can't really move ahead without Bradford with us. Hate to admit it but he really is a master of his craft." Grylls sighed in realization of helpfulness of trap master in such an environment.
Lara looked at Silver with expectation and Silver delivered.
"Just leave it to me." He cracked his neck as well to mimic Bradford.
~~~~~~~~~
"Holy shit! We are actually faster with Silver on the lead than with Bradford." Grylls said in amazement.
"Don't take anything away from Bradford. I'm just a better student, that is all." Silver said as he pointed another set of trap to avoid.
One hour later, they found themselves in a huge cavity inside the mountain. Looking around, there are multiple entrances/exits similar to the one they just came out of.
"Hey Big Sis Lara, how come this cavity is very illuminated like we are above ground but I couldn't find any openings above us? And it should be night now outside." Silver asked curiously.
"Silver, what did I told you about asking silly questions? You should stop reading those fictional book of yours and read more about real world tomb raiding books." Lara answered with narrowed eyes.
"Hahaha. Don't be hard on him Lara. He is just a kid whose imagination is running wild." Grylls added.
"Seems like the underground river is not the only way inside this cavity." Lara deduced from what she is seeing.
"I guess the Dagger we are looking for is inside that not so conspicuous 50 meter tall pyramid in the middle?" Said Silver while wearing a detective hat and a wooden smoking pipe.
*boink* "You are starting to get on my nerves." Grylls said while clenching his knuckle.
"I really hate tombs. Come on, let's go and see if the others are already there." Lara urged.
~~~~
In the middle of the cavity is a Mayan-style Pyramid with dimensions of 100x100x50 meters. No visible openings can be seen on each side of the pyramid.
The group reached the pyramid base after 30 minutes of walking. "It is huge!" Silver said in amazement at the pyramid in front of them.
"That's what she said." Grylls knowingly remarked.
"What was that about?" Silver asked innocently.
"Nothing." -Lara
"Wowth wit." -Grylls.
~~~~~~
The team spent an hour investigating an entrance into the Pyramid but no openings can be found. Even Silver's Echolocation cannot penetrate the dense rock the pyramid is made of.
Lara even used her ability to create an opening but not a scratch was made. "Must be etched with Nen runes."
"Nen runes?" Silver asked.
Posting 1,000 words per chapter made me realize that nothing really much happens in a chapter. Would it be better to post 2 every other day or continue for 1 chapter a day?
