GASP-

My eyelids fluttered awake as I was hit by a sudden bad premonition.

'Huh? What happened..' Dazed, I squinted at the brightly lit ceiling, taking in the soft traffic sounds that came through the window. 'Peace at last….. Wait.. this ceiling doesn't seem familiar..' Shrugging off the slight weakness I felt in my body, I slowly sat up, taking in my unfamiliar surroundings.

The room had a very basic layout. Just a wardrobe, a few chairs and a small bedside table. It could have been anywhere really.

"Ughhhh…" I groaned loudly as my gaze landed on the bed. More precisely- the roughed up double bed with crumpled sheets. A lot of 'action' definitely happened here last night.

'Who did I sleep with this time..' I grumbled internally, it took a real beast to mess up the sheets this badly. My mood quickly soured as I thought about explaining this to Maya.
