As he walked towards the Forbidden Forest, Harry felt the light breeze upon his face. It was quite pleasant, especially when he knew he was about to die and it'd be the last time he'd feel it. This was the last time he would see Hogwarts. Or Ron, Hermione and the Weasleys. But he was ready to accept this terrible truth. how long would he let people die for him now? It had been seventeen whole years since people were dying for him and because of him. How could he let them? He hoped Hermione and Ron would be able to kill Nagini, Lord Voldemort's snake. It was the last horcrux and the only way for Voldemort to die.
Harry reached the Forbidden Forest and before he went in, he looked around one last time. He looked at the school, Hagrid's hut and the grounds. He felt great gratitude towards the Wizarding World, for giving him a life he would not have been able to live in the cupboard under the stairs. Even though he had to fight Voldemort and knew it since his first year, he didn't ever want to go back to the cupboard. He wouldn't trade this place for the world. Harry stopped. He took an unusually deep breath and went inside. He wasn't scared of dying. He was only scared of never being able to see Hogwarts again. But then again, he would be seeing his parents.
"Harry Potter!"
It was a cold voice. It would have normally sent chills down Harry's spine. But not today. Harry wasn't going to show a single bit of fear. He wasn't at all afraid. He looked up.
"The boy who lived... Come to die!"
Voldemort sounded as excited as a child when he got his favourite toy.
Harry took a step forward.
"HARRY, NO!"
Harry looked towards his left. It was Hagrid, chained tightly on a ginormous tree. For a slight second, Harry felt fear. He was afraid for Hagrid. He didn't want Hadrid to die too.
"Come boy, we will not hurt this giant friend of yours."
The Death Eaters laughed at this. Harry, infuriated took another step forward. He didn't say a thing. He didn't show any emotions. He didn't listen to Hagrid's cries. He only looked up and faced Voldemort, making sure there wasn't a single hint of fear in his face. Harry felt his blood boil.
Voldemort didn't spare another minute. He didn't say anything else.
"Avada Kedavraaaaa!"
