In a way, it felt like a hunt. Only, instead of trying to kill the Mountain King, they just wanted to talk to him, get some answers, and leave him be to his own devices. Would that be so hard? Devotion hoped not.
"I don't mean to bring things up, Victor, but are you ready to talk? Or do you need more time? Either is fine." Devotion asked, waiting for a response. Victor had mentioned earlier there were some things from his vision he wished to discuss with them, once they had set camp. Now that they were resting, getting ready to sleep, this would be the ideal time.
"It's ok. Please bring things up, I need an excuse to actually talk about it. It has to do with my vision with Grumble." Victor explained.
"We're all ears." Alex said, sitting down across from Victor and listening intently.
