"Fair enough." Leza said, like they were merely deciding what to eat for dinner.
"I'm surprised you're not urging me to be more careful and stop throwing my life away." Devotion retorted. Leza was normally very cautious, considering her current predicament.
"I've learned pretty quickly that you're just going to do what you want anyway, so why bother?" Leza asked. She had a point. Devotion did have a habit of being pretty impulsive. Victor couldn't help but laugh out loud, seeing the innocent look on Leza's face and Devotion's taken aback expression. "See, Victor agrees with me!" she pouted, only causing Victor to laugh even harder.
"Alright, fine, I'm impulsive, I get it!" Devotion threw his hands up in frustration.
