"I'm still going to make fun of you, I hope you know that." Devotion joked. There was no way he could resist making jabs at her for the rest of time. He had way too much fun doing so.
"Keep up that way, and I'll make you regret being born." Alex replied, back to her uptight self. However, it was more of a joking tone than before. That was the Alex that Devotion remembered. He was glad she was able to get back to relative normal.
