Lux and others created a formation to defend themselves against the undead orcs.
Lux who was observing their enemies couldn't find any evidence of why these orcs are standing while lifeless.
Lux thought that they are being controlled by someone but after thorough observation, lux couldn't find anyone nearby.
'This is getting annoying, I need to know who's behind it because no matter how many times we cut them they won't die but, I can't sense anyone other than us.' Lux thought.
Lux knows these orcs won't die unless their bodies are destroyed but there might be another option and that option is to cut their heads.
Lux instantly appeared in front of one orc and slash it's head.

'What!!' Lux was surprised that his sword was blocked by the red mana in the middle, the orc couldn't even react to his speed but, due to the thickness of the mana, it was able to block the sword.
Same for others with a solemn look. they were shocked that kind of attack didn't work on them.
After blocking lux attack, the orcs used his greatsword and slammed it against lux.
Lux easily evade the attack but still got blasted away because of the power it showed.
The area where the sword landed shook and split the water into two and goes further in Tommy and others' direction.
Everyone immediately evades it. It might only look like a shockwave but it still has the power to cut the target into two.
Just like that, their formation was easily broken by that single attack.
Everyone immediately guarded themselves with a solemn look after seeing it's strength.
Lux who got blasted away back to others immediately created a wall to protect them and create a strategy.
"Earth magic, pentagon wall" just like earlier, lux slammed his palms to the ground with magic.
Shortly, a 70-meter five-layered wall emerges from the surface of the ground, covering them from all directions.
"It won't last that long that's why we need to create a method to kill them," said Lux.
They all instantly nodded as they can still hear them destroying the wall using their swords, Even with how thick the wall was, they can still hear them from inside loudly which just shows how strong they are compared to before.
Gallahan was the first one to speak after Seeing that no one wanted to talk first. "So, how are we supposed to defeat them?" He asked.
"I can kill them but, I'm pretty sure they come back again so our main problem is how to kill them and my answer to that is to destroy their body completely." Said lux.
Then, others also suggested how to kill them.
Crack... Crack...
After a few minutes of digging, the orcs have finally destroyed the remaining wall. Lux and others can be seen in the middle with a calm look while others are just standing there as if they already know the outcome.
"Humans, I'm gonna kill you-"
Slash...
without finishing his words, lux cut his head in a blink of an eye.
"Shut up, you only blocked my attack earlier because I didn't use my mana." He said before disappearing into thin air.
As soon as he disappeared, one by one their heads starts to fall without knowing what killed them but, they took their heads back to their original place and started regenerating.
"I won't let you"- hayato fired a fireball instantly destroying them before it completely regenerate.
The fireball hayato shot just now wasn't an ordinary one, it's power is much stronger compared to others since he added his elemental attributes which are wind, flame, and lightning.
Now that their entire bodies are destroyed they are gone now to hell.

Tommy and others also started using fire magic against the orcs who started falling after getting cut by a sword.
'I don't know if this works on them but I guess I need to try' lux immediately coated his sword with soul energy before killing them.
Slash... Slash... Slash...
Lux swiftly killed 10 orcs with his sword.
Lux observed their bodies after cutting them and noticed that they aren't getting up like what they were doing earlier.
'It seems that it works on them. well, I should have known it since this technique even killed a god before, and I just taught it to a kid who doesn't even know how strong it is, well, whatever I didn't know he is a genius.' This is what lux thought.
Hayato who was observing his brother killing their enemies noticed that lux technique works on them but he still burned them till they disappeared since this skill is not something anyone should know but, he is still wondering why Tommy has it.
'Let's just ask brother later.' Hayato felt frustrated as if he was jealous.
'Why do I feel cold? Is it some kind of curse after killing these orcs? Whatever let's just focus on killing them for now.' That is what lux thought before using a technique.
"Skill deployment, sky swords punishment" lux added his soul energy in this technique.
The skill pierced all those orcs around them instantly killing them even with the help of unknown energy.

"And that's what happened" lux explained all things that happened except for the soul energy part, hellfire, and royal eyes.
"Well, since we killed them all, we need to do is to go back now, we can't go further or investigate anything about it for now."- David.
Everyone agreed, investigating about the cause is way too risky that's why going back now is a better choice.
Everyone immediately fled from the area as soon as possible.
Tommy walking with others back to the village glanced at a certain area.
" where are you looking at?" Asked lux after noticing Tommy glancing at the same spot where the threads came from.
"No, nothing, I just feel that there's something from that place" he answered with a serious look.
Having heard that, lux made a serious look and smirked. 'This guy, he was able to know where all those things came from without actually knowing it was from there' thought lux surprised by Tommy's sense.
'Well, he's a .... After all' lux said to himself.

After 30 minutes of walking back to the village, they finally arrived.
They noticed that there are more people in the village than before and these people are rebuilding the entire village while others are guarding.
"They were sent here by the government after receiving the reports. Some of these people are house owners, they fled before the goblins occupied this place. they came here to rebuild their house with the help of the government"- David explained while walking on the path next to the village before taking the path towards the village.
All of them noticed that the other house had been rebuilt.
Seeing the houses, Kimura was amazed by their capability to build in a short amount of time." they sure work so fast"
" but is this the same place? where is the swamp under the village before?" Asked Aoki when he noticed that the village has no swamp around.
Hearing that, David and others stopped walking for a moment with a disappointed look and explained to Aoki before continuing.
"Did you forget?"- Kimura.
" wha-what?"- Aoki.
Seeing his expression, everyone got a disappointed look on their face as if they are mocking Aoki's memories. The person who's more disappointed in him is probably Kimura, he can't believe he is hanging out with a dumbass.
"Idiot, did you forget about that explosion yesterday?" Kimura trying to make him remember.
"Yeah, so what about it?" Aoki remembered the explosion and still didn't know like a dumbass.
"Bruh..."- David in disappointment.
" I can't believe he forgot, maybe he has amnesia"- others murmuring to each other.
As the next leader of the family, takeshi was embarrassed after hearing their conversation.
Bang...
Kimura instantly smacked his head in embarrassment after hearing his response and said. "Did your dumbass cells took over your entire brain? It was obvious that the swamp got evaporated because of the explosion."
"Ahh, I see I get it now so stopped punching my head" Aoki sobbed in pain.
"That's what you get for being a dumbass," he said.
With that, they continued walking towards the village. After arriving inside the village they took the route back to the base which is much easier and faster to get there.
They don't have that many things to do inside the village that's why they headed back to the base after seeing it's status.
Arriving inside the base, David immediately asked lux for a private conversation and lux nodded as he agreed to partake.

In an area where there are no people nearby...
"So what is it that you want to say?" Lux curiously asked David while leaning on a tree.
"Let me get straight, I think we cannot include others when we explore the dungeon" David straightforward answered lux.
"I can guess this is about the mana thread I sensed earlier while fighting those orcs"- lux.
" that's right, I know what kind of monster living inside the dungeon that's why we cannot let others participate in this" David explained.
Lux was surprised after hearing that and said.
"Can you explain what kind of monster is inside the dungeon?" Asked lux.
"Take this" David took a small book inside his pocket and gave it to lux.
Lux can guess the contents of the book because of the title "monsters document".
" now turn it to page 51"
Lux immediately turn it to page 51 only to see what kind of monster waiting for them inside the dungeon.
"This is SS..."- lux muttered with a solemn look after seeing the contents.
"Do you get it now?" Said David with a serious expression.
