"Other than that, I'm sure there are more monsters inside the dungeon like those orcs including the one on the book"- David added.
Hearing what David said lux closed the book after reading the contents with a calm look and said - "so you're saying that we will explore this dungeon just the two of us?"
'This guy didn't even faze even after hearing that there are more monsters stronger than those orcs inside the dungeon. Seems like he is confident with his skill.' David said to himself surprised by lux mentality before explaining.
"Exactly, our mission is only to explore it and report everything we saw inside, we don't need to kill them." - David explained.
"I guess so, with our strength we can easily clear our quest and we can also go back earlier but, how are we going to explain it to others?"- lux wondering how to explain them the reason.
" We can't just ditch them without explaining and just came back here and tell them we finished our last quest. I'm pretty sure they will be disappointed especially Tommy" lux added.
"Your right, Tommy is so annoying how about we kill him," said David while pulling out his gun.
"Wai...wait, stop that, you can't just kill someone here you know" lux anxiously tried to stop David.
"If you say so" he put his gun back to his waist.
'Just how tf did that gun appeared out of nowhere? I didn't even notice it.' Lux asked himself out of curiosity.
"Well, we can't explain it to them so our only option is to ditch them"- David.
Lux understand what David meant. telling them would only make a ruckus and some of them would question us which is something we can't answer easily so finishing it without anyone noticing it is a better option.
"Then, when are we going to explore it?"- lux asked David since he was the one who made this decision
" as soon as possible, right after you finished preparing." He answered.
"What! Isn't that way too early?"- Lux surprised by the answer he got.
"Much better because I didn't even sleep yet" he replied.
"Ha, then let me get my tools first," said lux before leaving.
"Ok then let's meet here again after preparing.
With that said, both of them left to prepare some tools and weapons needed before exploring the dungeon.
20 minutes later...
The two meet again at the same spot and were ready to leave.
They nodded at each other as a signal that both of them are ready.
"Let's go-"-lux.
"stop!"
Just when they are about to leave a person stopped them after hearing this word.
The two recognized the voice, they looked at him with an uneasy look.
"Where do you think you're going?" Asked hayato out of curiosity.
"Oh, it's you hayato why are you here," lux asked him with an awkward look.
"I saw you earlier preparing that's why I came here out of curiosity and look what I found." Said hayato.
"Is that so" lux had an awkward look.
"So where are you going?" He asked again.
Lux and David looked at each other after hearing hayato and without any choice, they just told him the truth.
"Actually..."
After 5 minutes of explanation...
"I see, I understand, I also want to go there after hearing how strong the monster is inside the dungeon but, I guess I can't, and with your strength, I can tell that you're not going to fail," said hayato.
"Since you understand, can you keep it to others"- David asked hayato to keep all the things that happened here secret to others.
" don't worry I won't tell it to anyone, I understand why you're not telling it to others, especially those two bodyguards of takeshi," he said as he looked at Aoki and Kimura from a far distance.
Lux and David nodded, they don't want them to know the reasons because they might take this opportunity to spy on them. Hayato now understands the reasons why those two are here after hearing their explanation. in the first place, they don't need to come with us just for a mission, and if they came here to guard takeshi then they have no reasons to pick those ingredients with us earlier, they probably used this reason to observe lux.
"I wanted to ask something but, I will do it later after you finish your mission"
"Is that so, then we will leave now"
"Yeah, good luck" hayato cheered for them.
With that said, the two instantly disappeared in front of hayato without any trace.
Seeing the two of them disappear, hayato went back to eat with others.
When he arrived he saw Phil was cooking with others like they were camping. others noticed him, at that moment, Tommy came up to him and asked. "Where are lux and David?"
Hayato immediately made up an answer with a calm look so they won't notice he is lying to them.
"They both went back to the village to discuss something with others"
"They should have eaten first before going there," said Phil.
"Nah, they said it was urgent so they don't have time for that," he said as he sat beside them and started eating the meat Phil was cooking.
"..."
Others looked at him with a weird expression, hayato noticed it and asked them. " why are you looking at me like that?"
"It's just that, those meat are not cooked yet," said Phil.
"What!" Hayato immediately vomits the food inside his mouth.
Tommy and Others laugh at him for what he did.

On the other side, David looked at lux with a thoughtful look and lux noticed it.
"Is there something on my face?" Asked lux.
"No, nothing but, can we trust him?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, hayato is a friend of takeshi so he might tell them"
"Don't worry he is my brother if he betrayed me he needs to prepare because I'm definitely gonna torture him" lux responds with killing intent.
"Sounds like something you did many times in the past," said David.
"Well, I was just training him that time" lux said with an awkward look.
"So you actually did it" he said.

"Hahaha," lux laugh awkwardly since he doesn't have anything to say.
Currently, both of them are heading towards the dungeon location at the speed no one can catch up except for those two from unknown organizations.
In just a minute the two of them arrived at the dungeon entrance.
"We're here" said David after arriving in front of the dungeon entrance.

"The entrance is bigger than I thought, and this feeling" lux could feel the dreadful pressure just by standing in front of it.
"a normal person would collapse just by standing near the dungeon entrance." Lux added.
"Well, the monster inside has the power to destroy an entire country so it should have at least an entrance that can fit it's body when going out." David said this before walking inside.
'He is not even worried about it, what a tough guy' thought lux before following him.

Both of them quietly walk inside the dungeon for a few minutes but none of them saw any monster inside.
"It seems that this area is supposed to be guarded by those orcs" said lux after seeing the footprints on the ground with the same size of feet as those orcs.
"Yes and this area is just the first floor and the next one will be where we see more monsters, so get ready your camera to take a picture of them as our evidence." said David.
Lux nodded and took the camera inside his small bag. they brought a camera for evidence just in case they won't believe if they don't have any evidence.
"By the way, drink this potion" David took a potion and passed it to lux.
Lux grab the potion and asked- " what is this?"
"It's an invisibility potion, it can hide our presence from monsters so we can easily go to the deepest floor of the dungeon, also, this herb is called ekstar, eat it after drinking the potion so we can see each other." David explained the details about the potion and herb before giving them to him.
After hearing the details of the potion and herb, they both immediately drink the potion and eat the herb.
Lux and David's bodies gradually disappeared from a normal person's naked eyes. The only ones who can see them are the two of them since they ate special herbs that can enhance their eyes.
Lux was amazed after seeing the effects of the potion. "Did you make this potion? I can't believe it even turned our tools invisible, as far as I know only mages can turn their entire body and tools invisible"
"It was Wilbur who made it. I traded with him for my herbs before."- david explains.
" maybe I should trade something with him" said lux while looking at his entire body.
"Just talk to Wilbur later we need to go now, the effect is only 20 minutes that's why once it ended we have to be in the boss room" said david before dashing but, lux stopped him for a moment.
"Wait..."
David stopped and asked lux. "Why did you stop me?"
Lux remained silent for a second and cast a magic on themselves.
After casting magic, lux and David's appearance changed, including their hair that turned black.
"Even with a mask, they might still be able to recognize us through the camera using our hair" lux explained.
David now understand and quietly nodded.
Lux put the camera in his head and started recording.
With that, they quickly dashed towards the deepest part of the dungeon.
