After Mrs Ferg had terrified Sasori enough with her warnings of him being taken away by some mad man, she left the room and went back downstairs as their session together had ended. Sasori fell back onto his bed and let out a big sigh. He started thinking over Mrs Ferg's words and the consequences that could come with a mistake he could possibly make.
'I wonder how Mrs Ferg knows so much about this unknown power. If it so rare that only Professor Nara has it, then does Mrs Ferg also have it to know so much about. I'm just happy that there isn't anything wrong with me and I have to stay off school longer. I wish I could learn more stuff with the rest of my friends.' Sasori thought as he drifted off to sleep in his bed.
Sasori had been caged up in his room for most of the week and hadn't been able to see the progression of his fellow classmates. Jacob had continued with the hand-to-hand combat classes and had been fighting against Nobuhle as she was the second strongest in the group at the moment. He had been practicing at a high intensity, but it wasn't out of anger to losing to Sasori, it was more frustration.
Sasori had fought him with the style he had been practicing for years and had been better then him. It felt betrayed by his master as he thought he had taught Sasori as well, but he pushed all those negatives thoughts out of his head by focusing on not only improving his abilities but also making the fighting style more to his liking. It was based around agility more then brute strength and with his size there was only so much he could do to improve his agility.
Instead, he decided to adjust it so he could utilise he power aspect more without tainting the perfected martial arts style. It had been a lot of practice and thought but Jacob was on the brink of a breakthrough, and he was getting excited as he felt better while he was fighting and there was less stress on his body making it easier for him to fight against Nobuhle.
Professor O'Brien had to stop the matches between the two quiet often as they would both be pushing themselves as hard as they could. Jacob wasn't the only who was frustrated after his match with Sasori. Nobuhle had had here confidence shattered when she saw Sasori fight. She had seen the speed and precision of his attacks and was upset with herself as she had been training for years as well and she wasn't just taught by her dad but also his comrades.
Her dad had brought in specialists that he had worked with in the past to help his daughter progress faster but after all the hard work she had put into her training and then seeing a match like that one she became depressed. She thought that after all her hard work she was no where near the top. Sasori had become the benchmark for everyone even though it hadn't been voiced by anyone. They all knew that to get far in this world they had to be as good or even better then those above them.
Nobuhle had only decided to continue with the classes when she saw Jacob return and immediately get back into the training. She thought he would be the most upset but instead of giving he decided to push forward. Nobuhle became inspired by Jacob's determination and decided that she couldn't just give at the start as she wouldn't be able to accomplish anything. She decided to start from the basics and work up to her current level.
Once Professor O'Brien was satisfied with everyone's basics he had allowed them to fight again. Nobuhle was happy when she was teamed up with Jacob as he was not only the one who had inspired her but also a rival that she would have to overcome to make it to the top. She also saw the potential for growth while fighting against not only a tougher opponent but also an experienced opponent who she could learn from.

In the archery class, Marcus was the top of the class which Professor Randall had been surprised about. She had seen Marcus at the beginning of the class, not paying attention and looking out at the green grass. She had thought he was only there to mess around and continued to think so once they started practicing. He had been either off target, shotting over too high or too low. She walked away when some students asked for help.
About half an hour later she walked back around to see everyone's progression. She was directing some of the less talented students with how the should pull the bow string back and take aim, when some students had made a circle around someone and were cheering whoever was shouting on. Professor Randall decide to walk over and see what the commotion was about. She approached the crowd which split for her to walk through.
"What is going on her?" She said but before she continue the sound of an arrow piercing the target resounding through the shotting area and was followed up more cheering from the students. Professor Randall looked to her left to see Marcus lowering the bow. His feet were in the perfect position for an archer, and he had perfect posture. "How the.." She then looked over to the target and almost fell down from shock.
There were arrows lying on the ground before the target but what really caught her eye was the arrow that had hit the bullseye but not only that. It had also gone through two other arrows that were on the target. Marcus had somehow pierced his first bullseye and then followed it up with a second. Professor Randall wanted to say something, but no words came out of her mouth.
Marcus wiped the sweat that was trinkling down his forehead and then picked up another arrow. He stood at the ready in the perfect position and then readied his arrow. He placed it on the string of the bow and pulled back. He didn't pull hard or too soft and his arrow sat perfectly on the bowstring. He lined up his shot with his eye and then took a deep breath and stood as still as possible. The crowd kept their mouths shut as they didn't want to disturb him.
Marcus released the arrow and it travelled as straight as possible while twirling around mid-air. The arrow didn't even go off course with the wind and stayed true to it's course. It pierced through the head of the other arrow and went straight through landing on the bullseye. The crowd went crazy as he had not pierced one, not two but three separate arrows that had pierced each other.
Professor Randall was speechless. 'This boy is a natural genius. How could he improve so much in such a short amount of time?' She thought to herself while scribbling down his name and class to make sure she could be the one to train him if he even needed training for the bow after his impressive display.
