"So you never smile in your whole life?"
He was just beside her but pretend that the rain speaks louder than her. His eyes closed, regretting his decision to take cover from the rain in the forest's hut. If he know she'd be here too, he'd better just stay in the academy.
The girl besides him smiled with her small cherry lips, the rest of her face was unknown. He never bother to see her face. Though that won't stop him from recognizing her loud-obnoxious voice.
"Look at you frowning, that's why all the other students think you're a bad guy."
That's better. He supposed to be that. He's supposed to be no one's friend. Not a double-edged blade like him.
"But personally I think otherwise. Maybe at first. But after our first real encounter—I realized, you're just a badass."
The girls scooted closer to him.
"Hm? You ask, why do I say that?"
He didn't really ask.
