I warn her, and she immediately glides down from the flying tentacle. There's no doubt she'd be headless if I said nothing, with how fast it was. Thankfully, the rain helps us move a lot smoother. Even so, these tentacles are no joke. They take my swinging anchor as if it's just a punch. But they look hurt, so I think we're going somewhere.
The dilated oranges eyes turn to me, "Thanks, IO-san. "
"Don't say that yet, we've a lot of things to do still," I say as I swing another attack on two tentacles coming for me.
And there are six tentacles coming out of the dark portal, trying to kill us. We breathe for another three seconds before getting back on dodging and hitting the arms—or legs, whichever fits your taste.
