Li Jingran stood under the streetlight and looked down at the girl’s petite figure. He laughed lightly. “Are you worried about me?”
“Who’s worried about you?”Xu Wanwan mumbled softly. “I’ve already said that we don’t want to see each other. Why are you following me?”
“I’m waiting for you.”
Li Jingran paused and said in a low voice, “Let’s go home.”
Xu Wanwan slowly walked to the man’s side. “Let’s go then.”
Li Jingran’s thin lips twitched slightly. He grabbed her arm with one hand and brought her into the car.
He was much more obedient today.
He was in a good mood.
When they got home, Xu Wanwan took off her coat and went back to her room to find a thick nightgown.
After a quick shower, she went upstairs in her nightgown. When she saw that the light in the study room was still on, she relaxed.
Fortunately, Li Jingran had not gone to take a shower yet.
This way, she could go back to her room earlier and sleep. When she fell asleep, she would not feel awkward.
