"I believe that the bad blood who poisoned me was working with the witches!" Rhode announced loudly to make his point.
"Really?" Romulus pretended to be surprised when he knew badbloods are the progeny of witches.
"Your Majesty, you have to do something now!" Rhode appealed to him knowing the king wouldn't object to such a sensitive case.
Romulus didn't say a word for a while and Rhode, who had his head bowed, looked up, wondering why the king was silent.
However, that was the moment Romulus stood from his throne and began to climb down the stairs leading down to where he was standing.
"Why do you come to me now then?"
"What?" Rhode was confused by that statement.
