"I can't decide if you're a genius or stupid."
Trink eyed Zera. It seemed she had gotten past what happened earlier.
"Ey, leave Zera be. We're all having a hard time."
Xavier patted Trink on the shoulders. He then stood before Zera, grinning.
"Do I pass as a monster?" He snapped his teeth.
Zera waved him off.
"Yes, you have terrible breath, for starters."
Pulling away and checking if his breath did stink, Zera smirked.
"I got you."
"Damn," Xavier chuckled. He was obviously in good spirits. "You're getting good at this."
With a shake of her head, Zera took a deep breath. They were in the middle of joining the mega zombie and the horde.
But they needed the right timing.
"Okay, enough with the fun part. Let's get this thing over. I'm tired of running"
Xavier gave Zera a salute.
"Yes, ma'am."
