But with a snap of a finger, time literally stood still.
Zera watched an elegantly dressed woman appear before her in a holographic form. She stared at Zera and slightly bowed to offer a greeting.
While the former was trying to understand what was happening, the holographic image of the woman addressed her.
"My name is Lemei. I am one of the Watchers, like Elixir."
The term 'Watchers' became a trigger word and snapped her out of the trance. Zera blinked simultaneously, glancing at the players with her who stood frozen in time and back at the woman who introduced herself as Lemei.
