Not only the names of skills are displayed on the Skill Menu, but also a description of the skills, a video skill, and how to use them. What's in the Skill Menu can help you figure out how to use it too, so there's no need to be afraid not to be able to use it.
For example, from the skill I used earlier, «Hissatsu Kyuten». When you open the Skill Menu and press the skill name, it will highlight a video and a description of how to use it. The video is to see how triggers occur, and some of the things that need to be done for them to be read by the system. And the description also shows a description of these skills, and how to use them.
