The fourth level of Thunder God Technique consists of seven diagrams.
The first diagram depicts a piece of dark cloud above a tall mountain.
There's a gigantic dragon's head hidden in the dark cloud. Two massive eyes emerge, their pupils turning black as ink instantly and shooting out a beam of light, pulverizing the mountain beneath into dust!
The first movement of the fourth level is called Thunder Dragon's Eye.
The minimum requirement for Thunder Dragon's Eye is to lock 1009 Thunderbolt Ropes to form the eyes of an Abyssal Thunder Dragon.
At the same time, the upper limit of its rope count is 2000. Once the limit is reached, it can annihilate a first-rank practitioner of the Divine Passage Realm!
The second diagram depicts a piece of dark cloud above a vast sea.
A dragon head with dark golden scales fully protrudes from the cloud. It opens its mouth wide, a black vortex emerges from its mouth, and it swallows all the sea water underneath in one gulp.
