This was not the first morning Ray was waking up in Kindlane palm, after his episode right after returning, he dreaded facing anyone, even the people he had known from before. Everyone seemed like a stranger to him. Except Mikesh, who didn't loose a chance to emphasize on the fact that he is as normal as any of them.
Past few day were just, as can be addressed, lazy. His new found friends were very much interested in his abnormal natured nightmares, more than necessary for his comfort so avoidance seemed like the best idea.
