Zoya groaned feeling stuck between something rigid and heavy, her shoulder hurt like never before as she tried to move it, feeling the cold floor beneath the bare skin of her arm.
She opened her eyes to bright morning sunshine stabbing through the gaps in living room windows, but that was not even the next on the list to think about as the overturned table laying in the perfect stance coordinated with floor and couch, had her unable move in any direction.
"What the hell?"
On the other side of the table she could see the immobile figure of Shivani on the floor, her eyes closed but visibly alive taking the movement of her body from breathing.
"Shivani!" She called out.
"Is it morning yet?" Shivani turned the side and faced closed front door.
"Yes its morning and I can't move. You got to help me."
