Chapter 19 - Just As Evil, Huh?

"I'll pick you up tomorrow! We'll show people that we're back," Alfred whispered smiling.

An evil smile, Bella thought. Only this time Bella felt so threatened by him.

Usually it was Bella who controlled Alfred with her index finger. But Alfred was now more powerful and Bella was under his feet.

Bella wanted to gag Alfred's mouth, but she couldn't

Bella could only nod sweetly, she was just pretending to make Alfred happy and their parents unsuspecting.

"Yes, Honey," Bella replied, smiling at their parents who were watching.

The two of them chuckled, trying to cover up the deal they were hiding.

"Be careful on the way!" Alfred said while waving his hand. Bella's car was already speeding out the gate of her house.

After Bella and her mother were not seen again, Alfred's parents are now looking at their child.

"Are you pretending to be sick?" asked her mother with a face like a police officer who asked the perpetrator for an answer.

Alfred then plays. "Ow, my stomach hurts. My body feels cold too, I'm going to my room okay." Alfred tried to dodge but his father pulled him by the collar.

Since they both knew that Alfred was pretending to be sick, they thought that their second child needed to be punished.

"Where is this father's son going?" asked his father--Robbins.

Their speaking style is still thick with a British accent.

If they speak in Indonesian, of course, their language is still below the standard of proficiency.

Sometimes they often mix it up, unlike Alfred-Antonio's uncle, who has lived in Indonesia for a long time and his language is also almost perfect.

"Father, Alfred is going to bed. Alfred tired." Alfred reasoned.

His mother--Margaret laughed seeing her son who was now going to be punished.

"Mommy doesn't want to interfere ah, I want to sleep." Margaret then left giggling. "Disappointed Alfred, Honey!" she said to her husband as she walked up to the room.

Alfred now met his father's glaring eyes.

"Well, my goodness!" Alfred pleaded.

But Robbins would not let his naughty son go. Robbins was still tugging at his son's collar.

"Come on, come on! We play games and drink beer to our heart's content."

"What?" Alfred was surprised, he thought he would get a severe punishment.

But it just seemed to invite him to a night party.

"It's cool, yuhuuu my father is really good," he said, praising with joy.

"If you lose, dad will reduce your pocket money."

Alfred shrank.

"Well, that's cheating. Since when did Alfred win over Dad? Oh, that's gross." Alfred was annoyed, because his father was very good at playing games.

Even in the midst of drunken conditions he will always win from Alfred, so Alfred always refuses to compete with his father.

It seemed useless, no matter how hard Alfred tried he would still lose and could not fight his father in the technology game.

After dinner, Jajaka Purwa left his two wives and two children.

He pulled Asih's hand as if he were heating up his two wives who were now like invisible dust.

Adrian also then left without a word, followed by Bara who was always stalking her brother. Actually Adrian is always hurt when his father treats his mother disrespectfully.

He always wanted to take his mother away from the big house. But whatever the power, Adrian is not as rich as his father.

He must be serious about college and succeed so that one day his mother can live comfortably and enjoy the fruits of his labor. Although Adrian did not know whether his mother wanted to be taken away by him or not.

Adrian also always advises Bara to seriously study so that she will have her own business and not depend on her father's wealth.

But Bara is not as serious as Adrian even though his brain is watery. Even so, Adrian still understands that because Bara is still in high school, he thinks it's natural that Bara still wants to enjoy youth.

Adrian knows that Bara doesn't really want to have a family like this either.

Having a lot of wealth, anything can be bought as long as they are obedient to their father and do not disobey.

However, they never felt the affection of their father. Jajaka Purwa only thought that they could live happily with only money and the issue of proximity to his father he ignored because Jajaka Purwa preferred to leave his children to be taken care of by their mother.

"I don't understand why Mother was able to survive until now," said Bara while walking behind her sister.

Adrian immediately stopped, making Bara's body and his body collide.

"What's wrong, Bro, stop without a word," said Bara again. Annoyed.

Adrian turned around.

"Mother held on just for us. If he goes and takes us out, what are we going to eat next? That's why you really go to school to be successful. Use your brain," said Adrian, like a father figure and pointed at his head like a gun.

Just surprised.

"Wow, it's perfect, my brother."

"I'm serious, Bar. You know that our mother's fate was the same as Asih's. Grandpa and Grandma are in debt. Mother used to be like Asih, she was still innocent." Adrian said, actually Bara also knew that.

Adrian was silent, he seemed to slip by his own words that his mother's suffering was the same as Asih's.

Adrian seemed to be involved in it, there was no sense of respect for Asih who came into his family's life.

Even though Asih never wanted to. Adrian seemed to realize that he was no different from his father. Adrian has despised Asih and behaved inappropriately as a human.

'But why am I so mellow like this? After all, Asih is nothing to me, why am I playing so holy like this? Ah stupid ah,' he mumbled in his heart.

Arguing with his own thoughts and the turmoil of anger living years in a house that never gave him comfort.

Bara was still silent. Bara also felt what her brother--Adrian felt.

Adrian then turned around and started walking again. Bara also brushed off his heart which now seemed to be sliced.

If her mother has now drastically changed to be braver because she is struggling with her bitter past life, it is the same with Asih.

If Bara also empathizes with her mother's bitter life, why can she be the one who adds to the burden on Asih's life?

When Bara is busy making love, enjoying a luxurious life, Asih has to put her future in it.

Even though he still has the opportunity to go to school, it feels like Asih's life is very unlucky from Bara.

Bara's mind was full of thinking about her own life which she felt was better than Asih.

'Am I the same as Dad all this time?' Bara thought doubtfully.

He didn't want to be as bad as his father.

After Asih changed clothes and now wore the nightgown that Jajaka Purwa had given him, Asih stalked her husband, who asked Asih to follow him to the office.

Jajaka Purwa did not allow Asih to sleep late and told him to accompany himself to take care of the files that had to be checked and signed.

Once inside, he sat down in his chair of authority. Not because it was luxurious but because it was an ordinary swivel chair, it's just that no one was allowed to enter his room without his permission, let alone sit in that chair.

Asih is now frozen because she has not received any orders from her husband.

After Jajaka Purwa sat down, he looked at Asih from head to toe.

The nightgown that she gave Asih was red, which matched the white color of Asih's skin.

Although Asih was very uncomfortable wearing it because it was too sexy.

"You don't want to sit down, Asih?" asked Jajaka Purwa while sipping the coffee his servant had made earlier and he told him to keep it on his desk.

Of course the kitchen waiter was escorted by his personal bodyguard to get in there.
