"Okay guys, hit me. I wanna h... Ouch! Why did you hit me?!!" Ariel shrieked as she glared at Jaden who was cuddling her pillow with a smug smile.
"You said I should hit you" Jaden shrugged with a huge cheeky grin.
"Not that kind of hit! I mean, I wanna hear all about your holiday. I didn't have fun so I was hoping you guys would have tons of fun stories" Ariel said snuggling her blanket as she sat down on one of the couches. It was almost time for lights out and the girls were talking in their dorm lounge.
"I didn't do anything cool... except from attending a lot of dinners and a few royal banquets with my mom and dad" Irene said with a shrug. Miona poked her head with her finger.
" Are you kidding me?!! There's nothing uncool about a royal banquet. Plus, you'd get to meet totally handsome guys, right?" Miona asked dreamily. Irene rolled her eyes and pokes Miona's head.
"Back to earth, silly. Besides, there was no très cute guy there, only boring old people" Irene stated.
" That does sound boring... what about you Kay" Ariel said turning to Kayla.
" Nothing much... I only accompanied my sister and her friends to the beach, as an escort." Kayla shrugged. Miona turned to Jaden.
" What about you Jaden?... You must have done a lot of cool things with Dave" Miona said staring straight at Jaden as she filed her nails.
Dave was Jaden's boyfriend since the girls were juniors. The girls really didn't like the guy especially Ariel and Miona, but... Jaden was heels over head in love with him.
"We really didn't communicate much. He said he'd be busy with his dad's company" Jaden said with a small shrug, her bright blue eyes staring at nothing in particular.
"That's a crazy excuse. I don't trust you with that guy." Miona said. Irene sighed.
" He's Jaden's boyfriend, you have no choice. Plus, he must have been really busy" Irene said.
" Yeah, right" Ariel scoffed "Sweetheart, your dad answers call from you when he works... and he's a king. Dave should really get a better excuse"
"It doesn't matter. We have classes tomorrow so she can see him and they'll talk" Kayla said softly "Besides, we're seniors now. We have a lot to look forward to."
Ariel eyes brightened at this thought.
"That right. Tommo..."
A voice from the speakers interrupted her. It was the warden.
"Okay girls, It's 15 minutes to lights out. Start going to bed" the strict voice sounded over the speakers. Ariel frowned.
"She really knows how to ruin my mood" she said. The girls stood up from their respective positions.
"You mood is too unstable" a quiet voice belonging to Xenon said. Ariel rolled her eyes hard.
"Well, see you girls in the morning..."
"Goodnight..."
"See you tomorrow..."
