Before the chapters starts, let me say something.
I have a backup account because I recently got a new email. So if webnovel logs me out and it says that It's sending a code to my old email, I won't be able access my account anymore. If you see someone saying that they're me, I'll call them out or post a chapter. If I don't, that's me.
P.S. I have volume one and half of volume two planned. Kin is a very important character, maybe even a main character, and every important character in this story will be fleshed out. Oop, I've spoiled it! Gotta run!
...
-5 months earlier-
Kin was weak.
It was said that he was born this way, contrasting from his younger brother who was strong and powerful. And not only that, Kin couldn't tap into his inner panther. But his village didn't hate him for it. His peers only gave him a simple claw mark across the cheek.
Kin, though, had amazing aim and was trained in way of archery to assist in hunting, and he had a happy life with his friends.
That was, until the truth was spilled. An elder of the village who'd had enough of Kin's father, who was named Arnold, told Kin's mom that the reason Kin did not have any power was because Arnold made a deal with a demon to have immortality. The demon agreed for the price of Arnold's first horns power. Arnold regretted his decision, but the deed was done. He had begged the village elder not to tell anyone.
Kin's mother then told the village, and his younger brother, until it finally reached Kin.
...
-Present but a few days earlier-
Kin thought he had caught a wiff of rabbit,–the same one he had sniffed a few days ago but left alone–though he couldn't be sure. He was currently with his usual hunting group. One adult owl and the others were mostly seventeen years of age. They were talking which girls looked the prettiest, had the best feather and fur. Things Kin wasn't interested in.
His friend Max, a tiger, popped up beside him. The leapord, Daniel, noticed the duo walked towards them. They decided to check out the rabbit before continuing with their group.
"You guys smell that? It's the smell of fresh rabbit!"
...
-Present time-
'Where am I?' Kin thought. He felt wet, like he was underwater. Holding his breath, he opened his eyes. He saw a bright light. He was definitely underwater. Swimming with his might, he reached for the light.
Suddenly, he was standing in a white void. Under him, the floor rippled as if he was standing on water.
"What's happening?" Kin said out loud. The last thing he remembered was his friends dying, and a rabbit. "No... Am I dead? Damnit! I'm going to kill that bastard in my second life. Then I'm going to punch the God who made me weak so hard even his mom won't recognize him!"
Kin yelled into nothingness. How would he get out of this void. Perhaps, if he tapped into his inner panther, he would get stronger. He had always utilized pressure points and weak spots to fight. Maybe, the panther inside him would improve his fighting style.
He got down into the lotus position.
"What is this void? What am I?"
[This void is your dream realm. You are a god here. A millennium in here is 36 hours on your original planet, Renewal Earth.]
A voice echoed into his mind. Unbeknowst to Kin, a faint aura was forming around him.
[You are not a panther. You are a descendant of a long lost divine beast.]
'Who are you?'
[I am your guide. You are my reincarnation, but I have no control over you. You are too weak to utilize my powers as of now.]
'I can train here. I will utilize your powers.'
[For revenge?
'Not just that. To protect the people I love.'
[...I will aid your training.]
Kin meditated for days. Even for years, and did not stop.
After a thousand years had passed inside the room, Kin had already been able to use Mana. He could also move faster, although his strength did not increase. He had tried to ask his guide their name every 100 years, but Kin never got a answer.
[You're strong enough to break through.]
Kin opened his eyes, and stretched. He lifted his head, and released his killing intent, mixed with Mana. The dream realm shook and cracks formed. His killing intent. To the rabbit, his father, and everyone who mocked him. To the God who made him weak.
The place spun as countless Black tears in his realm appeared. It was crazy, looking around and seeing nothing. He had been alone for 1,000 years, and he felt the affects. His personality changed, he felt wise after reflecting on his life.
'Goodbye.' He was going back, away from this useless place. He was going to kill everyone, and return kindness tenfold.
He would be their judgement.
With that, Kin disappeared.
A certain System Master, lounging with his harem of goddesses, shook his head.
"Things are getting interesting, let's hope you're up for it, Alex..."
