Ok, let's all take a deep breath..... AHHHHHHHHH HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN IT DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE!!!! "Quan Jin are you alright, you look kinda scared or something" I didn't respond for I dont even know this person, I just nod my head with a smile on my face. As we're walking I feel my head start to hurt and than flashes of Quan Jin start entering my brain, I was Adopted and no one ever liked me, my dad- Quan Jins dad would always hit her for no reason and sometimes she would sit infront of a mirror pretending she has more friends, Dai Xi is her only friend. Dai xi....what a strange name, that must mean this girl is Dai xi my friend, scratch that, ONLY friend. I try my best to learn more about Dai xi in school by asking her questions "what's your favorite class?" "didnt I tell you?" I didnt think this through "umm I recently hit my head and cant seem to remember certain things." Oh my god, only an idiot would believe that. "oh ok, Its math!" she's an idiot. Me and Dai xi spent the whole day together laughing and I feel like I've known her forever and that I was never a princess....that is until we stand in front of a gaming cafe with a princess game on the inside. Dai xi doesnt seem to be intrested in games, but me on the other hand I love games, my maids and butlers would always battle me in chess and I would win everytime time, I really wanted to go in but it was closed so we couldnt go inside. Dai xi droped me off at my house before she walks across the street to go to hers "wow she lives right across the street" I say quietly. As I walk into the house I see the same guy who woke me up standing at the door with his arms crossed. "Um...hi?" I say questioning why hes RIGHT there. "Where have you've been" "Oh me and my friend went to the mall after school" he has this worried look on his face, I dont understand why though. "Dad has been wondering where you've been, and as siblings do I've been stalling him saying your in traffic and stuff." Ohhhh so hes my brother, that makes sense. "you better go to the living room, hes in there." at this point hes shaking and now I'm getting a little bit frightened. "ok" I say calmly "hey, wait" ugh now what? "be careful, ok?" um that's a strange thing to say "ok, I'll be careful" I say this to reassure my brother but tbh I'm terrified. "Hey dad sorry I'm a little late" I say quietly as I enter the room."what did you just call me?" i just stand there quietly wondering if i said anything wrong. "DIDNT I TELL YOU TO NEVER CALL ME DAD!!!" I see a huge hand coming my way and I quickly grab it. "YOU DARE FIGHT BACK?!?!" he says as if I deserve to be hit"YES I DO DARE IM NOT GONNA LET SOME BASTARD HIT ME" We just stand there in silence I hear my brother crying upstairs, I believe hes younger than me. My "father" steps past me putting his hand down and I think I've won the battle "AH" something starts pulling my hair. "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DONT LISTEN" he leads me outside, I'm being thrown out of the house on the streets but instead he starts heading to the backyard "stop" he keeps walking "STOP" he seems to be walking faster. " LET GO OF ME YOU CRAZY BASTARD" I manage to escape and I quickly run back inside I lock the door *smash*...yeah as if locking the door would do anything "COME HERE YOU BIT-" before he can finish his sentence I grab a vase and smash its against his face. hes just standing there and then all of a sudden *splurt* blood starts squirting out of his head. "Jin....what did you do?" he says trembling. I walk closer to him to tell him "What I shouldve done awhile ago...." he looks at me with shining eyes and then gives me a big hug."hey it's okay, it's okay no need to be scared anymore." As I pat his head "is he really gone, are we really safe?" he says with his head tucked into my chest. I look back at the bastard "I'm sorry, but not yet." I say pulling him away "what do you mean by that?" he says staring at me "we need to leave, go somewhere that isnt here, somewhere....hidden" he looks at me confused and then it hits him "we need to go to a different town, dont we?" I look at him shocked that he new that "unfortunately we do, go quickly pack your things and get ready for a journey" I grab a weeks worth of clothes and some for different purposes as well, I steel all the money I can from this place which was a lot and head downstairs. "Jin do we really need to leave" I look at him "yes...we do." we walk out the door with our stuff and start walking in silence. "....Wait" I drop my stuff and run back, I need to tell her. *knock, knock, knock* I wait there worried *creak* its opening. "Quan Jin, what are you doing here so late." she says with a groggy voice "I'm sorry to tell you this now but I'm leaving, im going somewhere far and we will never see each other again" I say this about to cry until I hear the words "thank goodness." !?!?!?!?! " are you crying?" I just stand there in shock that she would say that "Oh My God you didnt.. you did...hah you actually thought we were friends? as if. Your father told me that he would pay me if we were to be friends for one year and then after that year I would just get rid of you hahaha" hearing all this made me almost cry, that's right almost *SLAP* I smacked her as hard as I could leaving a red mark on her face. she looks at me with tears slipping out of her eyes "I hope karma hits you like a curveball" I say running back to my brother. "You good?" I look at him with a face "heh never been better" I look up at the sky. "I promise you Quan Jin I will make sure no harm ever comes to you ever again." "sis come on!" I snap out of it seeing my brother already far ahead and I cant help but smile at him "I'm coming, I'm coming." and we head off to the next town.
