MC will be reborn as usopp albeit with different physique and would be quite talented but won't fight on the frontline . He would have different skills like cooking, navigation, medical etc to survive and will be doing majority of work till the respective straw hats join. He would eat zipper zipper fruit and gain the ability to separate and store using zippers ,he would be able to store dying devil fruit users with their type of fruit and will be able to harvest devil fruits , he would awaken his devil fruit and will be able to use other devil fruit powers by attaching the limbs , fingers etc, of the devil fruit users except logia . MC will have rough knowledge of the one piece world and would want to get strong since the world is dangerous and he would remember reading about a war which will cover the entire one piece world . So he will start as a bounty hunter wanting to be a marine to get strong quick but get caught up with the straw hats as Luffy would have heard about his ability to store food and would want him to be his crewmate . He will join as the second member after Zoro and before Nami and would go on various different adventures and would include characters animes like dragon ball, JoJo's bizarre adventure, Akame ga kill , fairy tail , bleach , black lagoon, fist of the north star , seven deadly sins, Toriko etc as crewmates , Navy , pirate groups etc with different devil fruits, powers for their respective abilities . Their would also be different reincarnated people with and without the knowledge of the one piece world . They will have cheats like system , different powers , weapons etc . Our MCs is chat group. The power system of One piece will not be much different than usual which is screw sanity , common sense and science. MC will face different reincarnator and will kill and gain their cheats albeit weak and incomplete . The pairings will be Luffy x Hancock, Sanji x Nami , Chopper x Deer mink , MC x Robin . Not sure about Zoro and Franky, maybe from different anime like Erza and Bulma.
