I stood there fronzenly on the spot in the middle of the deck just like a newly drenched chicken l'd have .my mind was completely running in a stampede and my whole head was in a mess I just couldn't think straight and was quite oblivious of what was going on around me . my system grew numb ,and all I could think of was anger ,sorrow ,pain and distress as I tried to comprehend what just happened burning hot tears slowly crawled down my cheek,she was dead! Ferra was dead and gone her sudden departure had apparently left me in this paralyzed state of mind. fate was too cruel!just so cruel enough to have suddenly taken her away from me! though she was the youngest among us the most naive of all she was no doubt indebtly my best friend the only one who stood up for me back then when mom's scandals were still ongoing too bad she wont be alive to watch me repay her back those kind gestures.
perhaps mom was right about her predictions. if only had listen maybe I wouldn't have been in mess right now or even got stuck in this journey of an uncertain return. yunno sometimes it doesn't really pay to be stubborn if only I had listened.

"rihhana!rihhana! .....please wait"mom voice kept calling after me but as usual I simply ignore and tried hastening up my steps as I ran hurriedly and took a,turn through the hallway with my luggage trailing behind me.
"you can't just walk out on me young lady" was the next thing I heard from behind me before I was being pulled back by the hair and immediately I halted on track as her firm gripped on,it tightened "you're hurting me mom "I screamed in pain as the pain was already becoming too much due to rate at which she held it and Immediately she let go of it ."what the f**k was that"!I grunted angrily as I retied the already loose bun into ponytail."you f**king can't make me stay by doing this you're just wasting your time"I snarled,angrily at her but instead she smiled"anything just to make you stay is worth fighting for darling and I'm not going to loose that opportunity"she said .
