Chereads / Little Girl (Eng Ver) / Chapter 4 - 4. Cunning

Chapter 4 - 4. Cunning

"Rosalie I will reduce your salary."

Once again Rosalie had to ignore the words of the beautiful girl behind her. It's annoying if Litara has already said about the salary that Rosalie will get. Jeez... What does Rosalie care about that salary? After all, he is more entitled to manage Tara's income because he is the one who brings the salary from the producer later. Stupid indeed, but that's Litara, the beautiful model, and looks like no one can compare to her in many ways, especially in posing.

"Rosalie are you deaf?"

Rosalie wanted so badly to scream 'no' to the girl, but she remembered that it would be a waste of time because she would still be looking for other things to talk about to get her to talk to Tara. Gosh... Clever too but that's disgusting for Rosalie.

Rosalie waved when not far from the front of the taxi looked like she wanted to pass this way. Without waiting long, the white taxi with bluish stripes stopped right in front of Rosalie. While Tara saw him and quickened her pace, she didn't want Rosalie to leave her in a place like this. Hot weather with inappropriate clothes will be very easy to burn the skin. He didn't want that to happen, his milky white skin and softness couldn't change.

"I thought you didn't want to until I decided to take over your job," Rosalie sneered as the girl who became his artiste passed him first to get into the taxi.

"I just don't want to be in a tighter competition with you later," Tara replied smugly and smoothed her hair and glasses right in Rosalie's face.

While Rosalie just rolled her eyes lazy to see the behavior of this artist. Sometimes the girl changed in seconds, but he was still grateful because, in the end, the girl wanted to do what he said. It's quite complicated but he's a little bit happy with everything Tara does to still appreciate her hard work. Ah, is he now admiring the figure of this beautiful girl? Seriously.

Rosalie then got into the task from the other door, sat next to Tara who was now leaning her head and massaging her temples.

"This way," said Rosalie, handing a paper address to the taxi driver who was at the steering wheel.

The car drove slowly with Rosalie now taking a cotton swab and red medicine from her bag, mixing it for a while before finally using the two tools to brush on Tara's bruised forehead. Ah, he feels guilty for letting that beautiful face hurt even though it's small now. Whatever it is as long as he is fully responsible for all of Tara's circumstances it's better than letting it go. Is not it?

"Argh... Can't you slow down? It hurts you know," Tara protested as she felt her head getting dizzy after the cold, thick reddish cotton swab touched her forehead.

"Shut up, Litara. You've been talking too much lately. What's the matter with you, hm?"

No answer. This beautiful girl in front of him just closed her eyes with pursed lips. Like there was no intention at all to answer Rosalie's question or was he still thinking about answering it? I don't know... That girl likes to change character in a short time. Whatever it is as long as it doesn't harm Rosalie, it's all okay. A little bit cheeky, but that's better.

The car kept going with the two women now each silent with one of them closing her eyes and the other woman treating the previous woman's wound. The weather is getting hotter with various means of transportation passing by on the streets, showing clearly how crowded Paris is during the day. Yes... A city with all its beauty became one of the cities that has given birth to a famous model like Litara. No one can compare to Tara when it comes to the world of models and poses.

"We have arrived, Miss."

The voice from the driver alerted the two women that they had to get out of this public car immediately. While Tara then looked out the glass window beside her, her brow furrowed as she saw what place they had come to. Hey... This isn't the location for the photoshoot he saw earlier.

"You're not in the wrong place, are you?" Tara asked seriously, still looking out the window.

Rosalie just smiled faintly as she opened the door handle and got out of the car, leaving the beautiful girl who became the artist still in the taxi with her eyes looking out the glass. Gosh... That woman likes to not believe in reality.

"Get off, Litara. You look disgusting from the outside," Rosalie said through the mirror where Tara saw the outside of the taxi.

Annoyed, the beautiful girl in knee-length clothes and a thick fur jacket got out of the taxi. The glasses that fell into the sharp nose with the thin lips pursed cutely made anyone who saw it would be tempted to ruffle the woman's hair because she was so excited. Hey... She's a nineteen-year-old girl who looks younger than her current age. Moreover, a cute face with a facial expression like that, the more it makes anyone will not believe that the beautiful girl is older than her face. Ah... Babyface? It was more appropriate for his nickname.

"You said we still have work to do once again. Why change your mind by driving me home, hm?" Tara asked with narrowed eyes, a little incredulous about her current manager's actions.

"You still have plenty of money, Litara. You won't be poor just because you don't do a job once. Since I still have feelings for my artist, it's better to take him home so he can rest and get back excited for tomorrow's work. Nor will it hinder other work," Rosalie replied at length.

Tara nodded her head as if she understood but she was mocking her manager. Even though the girl who is older than him will still do whatever makes him comfortable, sometimes he is also annoying because he always lies to him about trivial things. Like this time, Rosalie had deliberately said she still had one more job to do but, in the end, she sent her back to the big mansion that became her home after getting married a few weeks ago.

"Yayaya . . . You always put me in bad situations with your happiness. What a cunning," Tara said with a full intimidating look at Rosalie.

Rosalie rolled her eyes tiredly. Tired of all Tara's words, tired of all Tara's doing, tired of all the thoughts of that beautiful girl who always thinks she is lying and doing anything for her own sake. Gosh... Humans are not right in the eyes of other humans!

"It's up to you, as long as you are happy and prosperous in your choices as well as your bad thoughts, Litara."

Tara snorted at her manager's sadistic words. Sometimes the half-blood girl said it was up to her. Just wait... Tara will repay her actions and words later when she is healed from her wounds. Yes... It's just a bruise, but the heartache in his heart is not that easy to heal as long as you know.

"Go away, Rosalie. You make me sick of your attitude."
