As I walk around the castle the temptation to fix the old clock keeps drawing me closer. Something's different about that antique. And I'm determand to find out what!

Arkius our janitor had a bunch of old tools in his shed out back of the castle, though no one has used in years. Though as I'm walking over things seen differently I hadn't realized how long this part of the property had been left unattended, there are vines everywhere and a few dead birds probably killed by my cat, Gray.
As I inch closer to the overgrown, moldy shed, I start to get a really tight chest. I shouldn't be scared but the mood that was flying around was really unsettling and creepy. But nonetheless I move forward.
The shed is different this time, a bunch of spider webs and dust inhabit what was once a relatively nice room…
I even spot mold in the corner and a family of what I think are slugs, though I've never seen one so I can't tell.
The shed is quite big for what they usually are, long, tall...looming. And very dark, I need to squint to see the content inside.
So I make this really quick, I go to a little red box in the corner, grab it and run out of there as fast as possible.
When I'm back in the castle I can see Sean finally came out of his room, I don't bother going over to him and head straight to the clock. It's bigger than I remember and a lot more old and rusty...And just about the most obvious question hits me right that second, How am I going to get up there?
Okay, why did I not think of this before! It's the most basic thing about trying to fix a clock that is strung on the ceiling. God I'm so stupid...and then I'm not! A ladder, gosh.
I am that smart after all.
So I go to the lore garden full of flowers of all different color shapes and sizes, I turn a corner to where a ladder is propped up against a wall. And drag it back to the clock. On the way there I pass one of the maid's and oddly enough, they don't say anything.
When I get there I lean the ladder against the the top of the clock, grab the tool box and climb up...but something is up with the back of the clock, there's a part tearing which is odd because clocks aren't supposed to tear...I peer into the crack and a faint purple light flashes from deeper inside.
I know that it'll turn out to be some cliche other, magic, world. But I'm too curious to leave it, so I climb in.
