"Ay bruv, welcome to e 'otel!" a male Kaoma greeted us the moment we stopped right in front of the hotel we'll be spending our nights here in the Grand City.
"Oh! This one human size!" Chiya got pretty excited to see that this hotel is designed for us Guild members who are assigned to this city. Every team was posted to different locations of the city, hence there's only my team currently standing in front of this hotel.
The hotel wall was still created out of sandstone, but it was fully polished and fully modernized. The doors and windows are also fully glassed, and the roof is made out of tents. I also saw lots of light crystal lamps, though they're not being lit up. It was a nice first impression.
"Go on den!" The Kaoma opened the door for us with a wide smile.
We accepted his offer and went inside the hotel, while Revian and Althea were being moved to a room at the side of the hotel, something like a fancy stable. I kind of feel bad saying it, it's like treating them as an animal. They're indeed a beast though.
"Welcome, Your Highness!" Six female Kaoma softly bowed to us in a perfect manner. Their smile was also sweet and professional.
The floor was made out of ceramics and they're covered in red carpets. The walls were filled with all kinds of framed paintings, and I saw many pots of decorative plants placed above small pillars. Oh, yea… this place didn't have any planted Kaoma.
The roof was beautifully chiseled, with a giant chandelier hanging majestically, enlightening the whole lobby with its light crystals.
At the end of the room, I saw a receptionist desk with a reasonable height (human scale), and a gorgeous Kaoma receptionist sitting in a high chair behind it. She was a lovely shortstack.
"Ya like it, yeah? Pretty fire, ya get me?" The male Kaoma winked at us for the last time then closed the door and headed back to his post.
"He's friendly." Chiya seemed to like the guy, both of them are extroverts after all.
We went further to meet the receptionist to get access to our room. The six ladies stepped aside to make a way for us to meet her.
"Afternoon, love. The name's Sohxea, yer lovely black dove. 'Ow can I serve ya?" The receptionist glared at me, spinning slightly left and right on her chair, with a pen repeatedly beating her lips. She also sounded seductive, although not as high level as Chiya's tone is.
"I wanted to check in for a booked room under the name of Sahasya Kaukseya," I said to her.
"Ooh, me man's a legend. That's mad, yeah?" Her wide smile looked genuine but she sounded somewhat sarcastic, it made me want to throw my foot on her arse.
She pushed herself away from the desk straight into a cupboard right behind her. It was filled with neatly arranged keys, and they're hung based on the room numbers written above them.
The receptionist snatched the key numbered 1-14, and pushed herself back to face us at her desk.
"'Ere's ya key, Your Royal Highness." She handed our room key to me and I gladly took it from her. "Kindly go up the apple, me skin will 'elp ya der."
"On it, thank you miss."
As she suggested, well at least it was what I thought she suggested, the four of us went upstairs to move into our room. She said her skin will help us up there… maybe she meant her family member or something?
The stairs here were spiral, with fences made out of sandstone. They're neatly sculptured in the shape of a line of hourglasses, and carving of sandy mountains at the top.
The steps were somewhat short, it was designed so the Kaoma employee could also easily access it. They didn't differentiate between employee stairs and guest stairs. It felt kind of weird taking tiny steps, but both for Anna and I who carried our luggage, we actually didn't have any problem with it.
After reaching the first floor (below is the ground floor), we met a long hallway with branches to all the rooms. This hotel is quite massive if imma be honest.
"The number, love?" A female Kaoma quickly offered her help right beside the end of the stairs.
"1-14," I replied.
"Wait… 1-14!? Bloody bedlam! The Crown Prince imself!? Follow me, Your Highness~" She looked pretty pleased knowing I have arrived. The girl then led us happily to our room. Her hips moved a bit exaggeratedly as if she was delighted by our presence.
The hallway here is just as basic as any other hallway. Plain walls with carpet as its floor and a couple of light crystal lamps at the side and ceiling.
"'Ere's ya room, Your Highness."
Before us was a plain door made out of ironwood. It was hard and shadeful, with a golden number of 114 placed at the upper part. The girl then opened it and incited us to enter.
"Quite comfy, innit?" She gave a proud smile.
Ah… I'm loving the choice of color! Charcoal black wall with maroon sheets, cushions, carpets, and curtains. I saw two double beds with a table lamp on each side. In front of it were a wooden desk, a working chair, and a widescreen tv planted right on the wall above the desk.
There's also a bean bag near the glass window. A great and cozy place to spend the night reading.
"Call me if ya need anyfink, yeah? Me posted rite next to the stairs." The girl said.
"Okay," I affirmed, and she left us with our room.
"My Prince! My Prince! Look at the bedsheet and blanket, it's the famous Kaoma silk!" In a blink of an eye Anna already standing next to the bed. She looked really happy even though her mouth stay flat as ever.
"Ah the softness! Help! I'm being sucked in!" Chiya already smashed herself into the bed and wrapped her body clean while shaking like a maniac.
Meanwhile, Hazana just threw herself in like a dead body.
"Don't get too intimate with the bed yet, we still need to meet the Governor after finished checking in." I reminded them.
"Wait, isn't that means… now!?" Chiya popped her head out of the blanket.
"Correct."
