"I don't want your powers. I will give you only if you promise to leave me alone, for I came for someone else and not for you."
Loren promised, and Sandra allowed her to withdraw her powers, and that got Sandra so weak that she fell with her back to the ground, with her eyes facing up.
Loren walked up to her, "I would have killed you right away but for my promise. You will die slowly by yourself, and that is not my cause but yours, you shouldn't have come here." Loren walked away leaving Sandra gasping for breath and strength.
Doctor Paul hurried to Sandra's bedside having noticed a change in her, and the way, she was struggling on the bed.
"Loren is killing her—" Pamela Xobed watched her from the chair she sat, "She gave Loren her powers back, and now she is suffering her folly. She wasn't wise—"
"It is not folly, Pamela," Alex shouted at her. "She doesn't need those powers. Loren's powers would have killed her—"
