Hours later blood came back in with the seventh beast, it was already late into the night, blood had many injuries on his body due to the last beast he fought with, it wasn't an easy battle, fighting a lightning fox with destructive lightning ability, blood has to burn 3/4 of his blood essence to win the fight and now he is very weak.
(this is all I can get for now, am to injured and exhausted to continue, I will have to hibernate for a while to recover, you will have to be on you own for the now, other beast might come over now that am weak and hurt, you have to defend yourself)
"there is no need to fear for me, just hold on let me heal your wounds first" walking up to the rank four boar, he dug out its core, blood was just starring at him done his thing, it not a pleasant sight to behold thinking to himself that there is a possibility that his own core would have been dug out just like that of the boar, been glad he made a wise decision at the last minute. when he was done he walked back to blood with the core in his hands, standing in front of blood he closed his eyes, leaving himself at the mercy of blood without fear of been attack, the core light up for while before it turned into dust. blood feeling the foreign energy acting inside of him was wondering what is happening on his inside, in few minutes all its injures are gone and he is back to normal, only a bit exhausted from the much fight he had.
(what did you do, my injuries are gone and my blood essence is restored, how did you do it?) Blood ask agitatedly, wanting to know how it happen, he knew how long it would have take him to heal up or restore the lost blood essences
"calm down blood, we are pals remember, just rest for now, I will sort the beast out for now, by the time you wake up, I'll be ready to give you an upgrade"

He could only helplessly watch Dio go back to the beast corpse, cutting them open their cores. He rest its head and dose off.
Seeing blood has dosed off from the side of his vision he shook his head, 'It took one rank four core to healed him up, that's is too consuming' what am i even think about it for, he work for it anyway, letting the disturbing thought of losing one rank four beast core so soon.
focusing on the other six rank four beast corpse left in the cave he sort them out, there is the lightning fox, earth ox, wind cat, metal bull and so on, digging out each of the cores, he store them st the side, done with that, he became confused what to do with the bodies when an idea came into his mind, thinking of trying out his idea he walk up to the metal bull at the far end of the cave, placing his hands on top of it, he close his eyes to focus, not long the bull light up brightly before turn into dust
'wow so that is how it is, genesis energy is in every creature, checking his disdain, he could feel the energy resting there, now I have to think of a way to create a cultivation path for my self, hahahahaha, this is awesome, putting his hands on the boar, close to the mental bull same thing happened, hmmm. So that is how it is ehhhn, the longer the corpse had died, the little the Genesis energy, doesn't that mean when a creature dies the energy return back to the world, no wonder this boar have very little Genesis energy, I guess I have to find a way out for that, not long after Dio has absorbed almost all the beast corpse leaving only one, the lighting fox, without the core in the body, only tiny amount of Genesis energy energy is left, while still deliberating on his discovery, taking in every piece of detail, blood voice trial into his mind.
(what happen to all the corpse, I can only see one left) looking all over the cave to see where he might have kept them but still couldn't find a single trace.

blood walked close to the lightning fox, laying there just as Dio ask, curious about what he intendeds to do, as he kept looking at Dio
"this process might be painful but I promise you, you would be awe when the process is done"

"quick, we don't have time, this corpse will soon run out of juice" Dio cut short blood little monologue, he didn't get all time for those sermons.

Dio pick out three of the rank 4 cores, placing it on top of the lightning fox while his other hand on top of blood

closing his eyes Dio hands started to glow as the core and the fox body started glowing too, like all other before it they turning into dust, on the other hand blood body start glowing too, a light cocoon wrapt around him, few minutes later, blood growl and howl was all that filled the cave, drowning away the tranquility of the cave.
