The spiritual medicine peddler came from a small mountain village where a decade ago, a family of four started to rob travelers, making a fortune in the process. Instead of being ashamed, the villagers envied them! Therefore, these bandits became the leaders of the village, and everyone started this highly profitable business!
With the villagers' covers, they easily deceived the merchant teams into staying in the village, where they drugged and killed them. Their business thrived!
But within two years, they were exposed, and the local military officials wiped out the village under the pretext of eradicating bandits. Adults, regardless of gender, were executed, and the children were made slaves.
