York Gordon and the other six rushed back to the village, where several trusted Prescotts were waiting anxiously at the village entrance. Gordon knew what they were worried about, so he immediately waved his hand: "It's all taken care of!"
The people of the Horizon Bureau roared with cheers!
Gordon didn't have time to indulge them. He led the Old Fisher and others directly to the "Gold Soil".
Together, the two of them dismantled the spiritual array. When they got in, they saw that the spiritual grain growing on the Gold Soil was somewhat wilted!
This stalk of spiritual grain had not yet fully matured, so they had not harvested it.
"Just as I thought!" The seven of them marveled.
After coming out, Gordon gestured the trusted Prescott to scurry over: "Sir."
