I can't even remember how many times I've been on the shelves, but what I can remember is that when my Virgo novel "Immortal Legend" was first shelved, I was still in college. Back then, writing was purely a hobby, and I wasn't thinking about making money. Then one day, I suddenly didn't want to ask my parents for money anymore, so I decided to put my work on the shelves. Until now, I am sincerely grateful for web novels; otherwise, I might have been running a hard-working business in my 40s and had no strength left. I could have only hoped for a position in the office to enjoy my retirement years.
Or maybe I could have returned to my hometown and joined a department, limiting myself for the rest of my life.
I guess my life could have been not so bad, but it definitely wouldn't have been as exciting. Being able to turn my interests and hobbies into a career is truly a blessing.
