Owen Bertram opened his palm to welcome back the Immortal Binding Rope, which appeared exhausted, as if it had overeaten. The rope lazily climbed onto his hand, trying to coil itself up in his palm, but seemingly uncomfortable, it crawled back into his sleeve instead.
Inside his sleeve, there were seven gourds and a golden Gourd Vine. The Gourd Vine had shown no particular amazing abilities so far. When the Immortal Binding Rope and Gourd Vine "met" inside Owen's sleeve, they naturally intertwined with each other, just as if they were two ropes that had been twisted together.
