Zell teleported himself to the universe where he met Skel. He knew the space pirate would only be a child at this point, so his friend would be unable to help him. The technology he sought was still available though. He went to the doomed planet that his adventure started at the last time.
This time he flew up into the sky and decided to draw attention to himself. He decided hurling lightning into the sky and creating a massive beam of light would acquire the attention he sought. With that not producing immediate results as he hoped He yelled and caused the entire dome around the city to shift. A small opening appeared in the dome and small camera drones flew out and surrounded him. As the camera and screens captured his image, he addressed the people of the planet.
