Finally, his long wait was over when Lia handed the last folder to her head teacher. Chase stood up immediately and walked over to his girlfriend's table.
"Chase! I need to tidy my things first and turn my computer off!" Lia frowned at her boyfriend's eagerness.
"Can't you just leave it that way? You will need it again, anyway. So why bother to tidy it up? And there's Karyl, who can help you with your things." The man pointed at her co-teacher, who was also busy tidying her things up, preparing to go home.
"Go, go, go! I did not want to get disrupted too, with you two being lovey-dovey in front of me." Karyl shook her head and went on with her work.
With that, Chase chuckled and pulled his girlfriend out of the teachers' faculty room once she got her bag.
