Leaving the room, he closed the door behind him and followed the woman. The two of them were quiet, Jayce not wanting to say anything wrong by accident and her choosing not to say anything.
As they walked along the wall, Jayce caught a glimpse of Bella and Ashley from the corner of his eyes around one of the bench press machines.
It seemed that Bella was showing her how they worked while adjusting to a weight that Ashley would be comfortable with. As he glanced over, Bella gave him a subtle wink that only the two noticed.
Ashley's learning how to fight or spar was off the table. Jayce wanted to slow the progress of corruption as much as possible. However, after a talk with Bella about it, he agreed that physical exercise was okay, as long as it wasn't excessive.
