"Jay?" Bella said, her voice hoarse as her eyes swelled up and she was ready to run down the hall and tackle him.
Standing at the end of the hallway, Jayce was wearing a casual long-sleeved shirt and pants, along with Morf's Mask covering the bottom portion of his face, and a pair of latex gloves.
She had recognized him the second she laid eyes on him, but she also noticed that he was different. He was taller than she was now and his muscles were much denser. It was then that her memories of last night caught up to her.
Unhurriedly, she looked down at her body. The only clothing she had on was black lingerie that was barely covering her important bits.
Her face gradually turned red until her entire head was the same color as a tomato. Before Jayce could reply, she grabbed the door and slammed it, almost taking it off its hinges.
"At least she's feeling better," Jayce commented to himself as he went back to cleaning.
