Suddenly, six shadow tentacles rose from Bella's shadow and launched toward her.
"Look like you're finally getting serious," Bella said with a smirk as she swung her foot at the tentacles, destroying all of them with a single kick. "Then I'll turn up the ante!"
Dashing at Jayce, she reappeared right in front of him and threw her fist out. Instead of being surprised by her new burst of speed, a grin was plastered on his face.
"I thought you would do that."
