Opening his eyes, Jayce was welcomed by the dull grey color of the ceiling. Sitting up, Jayce looked over at the alarm clock resting on one of the dressers.
'7:15. Taking a three-hour nap was a good decision.' Jayce thought as he got up and stretched.
Most of his wounds were already fully healed along with his mana and stamina at total capacity.
The only thing that he needed was a good meal, but before he could do that, he had to call Oliver to see what the situation was.
Reaching into his pocket, Jayce suddenly remembered that he had thrown it away.
'Matthew knows where I am, they'll figure it out. I'm going to get some food.' Locking the door behind him, Jayce left the motel, searching for somewhere to eat.
There weren't as many people roaming around as last time, yet the streets were far from empty. Not having a particular destination, Jayce picked a random direction and began walking.
