Many students with one-stripe armbands were seated in a large room next to each other. They were whispering to one another until Oliver walked behind the podium staged in front of the students.
"I will now start the meeting." Pressing the button on the remote in his hand, images of the town projected behind him.
"Two weeks ago, the student council and the guards launched an attack on the uprising gang named the Exterminators. We were able to quickly subdue the gangsters within a few hours. No guards or civilians were critically injured or killed during this operation."
"Currently, we have twenty-one prisoners, including the two sub-leaders of the gang, Reagan and Evan."
"However, in the process of the attack, sixteen of the suspected gangsters, including their leader Kaia were killed along with one of our own, Brandon Flow."
Some students shook their heads in disappointment, others holding back tears.
