Because today is Saturday, Nadia is still in the hospital accompanying Nethania, while Renald has to go to the office to make up for the time he has wasted just sitting around watching Nethaia, even though Nathania has already told her sister to work.
Nethania is not so worried about being alone in the hospital, because the hospital security is clearly well maintained, especially when they are in a room where the price per night is the same as a month's meal. Or it could be that Renald hired a bodyguard to look after Nethania at the hospital while waiting for Nadia's arrival.
