Throughout the years Gloria had seen her mother do terrible things for her family. He had seen mutilated the man that once tried to touch her. He was just about to save her from fall, but his goodwill was left unnoticed by her mother. She was enraged that a commoner tried to touch and ordered the man to be ripped apart and threw in front of the hungry dogs for supper.
Since she was little, she knew that her mother was a sadist. She was only kind to her as she had the noble blood of a mana wielder flowing through her veins. Otherwise, she would have been tossed aside by her mother as she did to Joffery, her older brother.
