"Hehe, fine. For being such a good magic seed, here is your reward." Shara's words sounded a little confused to Blake, and this continued to be the case as Shara raised her hand so that a small pink sphere formed on it.
From the sensation it conveyed, Blake realized that the sphere was actually made up of Shara's runic energy transforming into runes of the life element.
And before he could ask anything, he clearly saw how Shoku pounced towards Shara again, but this time without colliding with her since she had stopped right next to the pink sphere that she had formed so that later the view would become more unique to Blake.
From one moment to the next, he could see a few thin threads of runes detach from the sphere in Shara's hand, then be sucked into Shoku's figure continuously like a vacuum cleaner, and Blake noted that she seemed genuinely happy and it made him remember the times when he had given her objects with a large amount of runic energy inside.
Shara noticed Blake's curious expression, so she needed to explain what she was doing.
"Now that I remember, I forgot to mention some things about the magic seeds, Blake." Shara remembered the time she had given Shoku as a gift and that her explanation about the magic seeds was something very simple.
Blake nodded at this, but also told Shara that Marjorie explained to him about the way they "feed".
"So I shouldn't go into too much detail. The magic seeds indeed absorb the runic energy from the surroundings as if it were their food, but there is something you have to keep in mind." Shara took a breath before beginning her explanation. "Just like us, you could say that magic seeds have their own elemental affinity, though you could call it a favorite food instead."
Blake didn't interrupt her, though he didn't quite understand Shara's comparison.
"What I mean is that the magic seeds have a favorite type of runes that they like to absorb. When they absorb the surrounding runes, they obviously absorb all the elemental types present besides the one that is their favorite, so what I'm doing is give Shoku specifically runes of the life element since I remember that they were her favorites." With that, it was quite clear the reason why Shoku had shot out towards the sphere that Shara had produced.
Blake had finally understood that, and he couldn't help but remember that crystal and scale that Shoku had left without a single shred of runic energy, but which gave off strong life element energy.
Blake was watching the whole process carefully, but a question came to his mind when he saw Shara.
"Shara, do you have a special physique?" It seemed to come out of nowhere, but Blake remembered the first time Shara had told him about magic, and she had told him that she had an affinity to the life and water element.
"I forgot to tell you about that too, haha…" Shara gave a nervous laugh since she felt that she had only explained many aspects in a very basic way to Blake. "But if you ask me, it's because you already know what they are, right?"
Blake told her that this was the case, in addition to the fact that Collette had spoken to him and shown her special physique.
"You're right, I have a special physique, but it's not really something amazing like what Collette can do, I think Marjorie had told me that the name it had was the revitalizing special physique since it combines the water and life elements." Shara had left of conjuring the sphere that Shoku was feasting on and then giving Blake a signal to follow it.
Shara didn't go far, but she reached an area where there weren't too many flowers compared to before. She had searched for something in the sack that she had on the side of her waist and she took out some small seeds, and then made some holes in the ground where she put the seeds a few seconds later.
Blake was watching her closely, he didn't know why she was taking out at all of this, but he had a few suspicions.
Shara was done with her little job, but that wasn't enough to stop her as she started doing something that Blake still didn't understand.
Shara raised her hands in front of her, little by little, the same pink sphere appeared in her left hand while a very similar one was formed in her right, but the difference was that it was a blue color characteristic of the element water.
The runes of each element seemed to dance in Shara's hands as they continued to continuously accumulate to the point that she felt it was enough. Now a pair of spheres as big as an apple could be observed, and before anyone could ask a question, Shara put her hands together causing the spheres to gradually touch each other until it was quite obvious that they were beginning to merge somehow.
The process did not last more than a few seconds and, once finished, Shara continued with both hands together, but just above them, there was what seemed to be a small drop of water, but what was special was its color and brightness completely pink, in addition to giving off a vitality that is difficult to describe.
Shara separated her hands to later use one of her fingers and gently take that drop. She had brought her finger directly over the area where she had planted her seeds and then let the drop fall peacefully from her finger.
Just as fast as it had fallen, the confusion on Blake's face went with it as he had to open his eyes in surprise when he saw how, after that drop reached the ground and seeped into it, some beautiful flowers that they could arouse the envy of all the others grew right in that area, and it was quite obvious that those flowers were the seeds that Shara had planted earlier.
The process had been very fast, Blake saw how the earth had trembled a little and then some small buds had come out to later grow a strong stem and quickly become a beautiful pink flower. He was about to express his surprise by telling Shara that it had been great, but before anything else, a deep feeling of worry had come over him after seeing Shara's state.
